  1. What do i do if i have a faulty item?

    If you have received an item that is faulty, you have 48 hours from receipt of your goods to notify us of the fault via email sales@chelseasupplies.com or phone call 0330 995 1988 along side your order reference No. All goods must be unused and in original packaging upon return. we cannot refund or exchange any goods that have been damaged whilst in your possession.
