Delivery and Returns

Delivery Charges

All our deliveries are free of charge on all orders over £350.00. A £5.95 delivery charge is added on orders below £95.00. A £9.95 delivery charge is added on orders below £350. Note we deliver to England, Wales and Scotland only.

Delivery Times

Deliveries are done in our own vans, by our own staff. We typically deliver within 2 - 4 days of order being placed. However, if you live in a remote location delivery may take longer, up-to maximum of 7 days.

Once your order is placed, our office will call you to confirm the exact delivery date and time. On the day of delivery our delivery driver will call you 1 hour prior to delivery and confirm he is on route.

Returning Unwanted Item

If you are not satisfied with any product, you can return it within 14 days of placing the order. The product needs to be unused and in the original undamaged packaging. You will need to call our office to arrange the return. We will issue a full refund excluding the delivery and collection charge.

Please Check Your Delivery

We would advise you check your delivered items soon as they are delivered. Any discrepancies or damages to your products must be notified to our office within 72 hours of delivery. We recommend your call our office to report the issue so we can immediately rectify the issue.
