A £9.95 delivery fee applies to all orders with a value under £100.00.

This tier is designed to help cover the basic handling, packaging, and transport costs associated with smaller orders.

Orders Between £100.00 and £700.00

A £14.95 delivery fee applies to all orders from £100.00 up to £700.00.

Larger orders require additional handling, preparation, and delivery logistics. This mid-range delivery fee ensures your items are securely packaged and transported.

Orders Over £700.00 – Free Delivery

We offer FREE Delivery on all orders over £700.00.

This is our way of giving extra value to customers placing larger orders. Once your basket exceeds £700.00, all delivery costs are waived, meaning you receive premium shipping at no additional cost.

FAULTY ITEMS

WARRANTY

The warranty covers products manufactured, sold, and delivered by the Company. These products are guaranteed to be free from material defects in material and workmanship, conform to specifications, and perform as described in the product documentation under normal usage for 20 years from the date of delivery.
The warranty is valid for 20 years from the date the product is delivered to the customer.

If your product is found to have a defect within the warranty period, the Company will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product, or
  • Replace the product.

This is the only remedy available under the warranty. The Company is not responsible for any additional expenses or repairs outside the product itself.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Products shipped outside the UK mainland, EU, NI, Ireland, and the rest of the world.
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake, or other external causes.
  • Damage caused by operating the product outside the Company’s published guidelines.
  • Normal wear and tear or aging-related defects.
  • Any damage caused by the product that results in an emergency call-out of a professional.

To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  • Notify the Company in writing within 14 days of discovering the defect. Your claim should specify the nature of the defect.
  • Return the defective product to the Company at your own cost for inspection.
The Company complies with all applicable data protection laws. Both the Company and the Customer agree to implement appropriate measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

The Company’s total liability, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. The Company is not liable for:

  • Loss of use or business interruption.
  • Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
