What is the standard delivery time?
Deliveries are done in our own vans, by our own staff. We typically deliver within 2 - 4 days of order being placed. However, if you live in a remote location delivery may take longer, up-to maximum of 7 days.
Once your order is placed, our office will call you to confirm the exact delivery date and time. On the day of delivery our delivery driver will call you 1 hour prior to delivery and confirm he is on route.Read more

If you have received an incorrect item, please let us know within 48 hours using the Contact Us form, or by emailing email@example.com and somebody will look into it and contact you as soon as possible. We aim to resolve these issues within 48 hours.Read more

What is your returns policy?
If goods are unwanted or you are wanting to exchange goods but they are still in a re-sellable condition, you have 14 days from receipt of your goods to send these items back to us for a refund
All goods must be unused and in original packaging upon return. We cannot refund any goods that have been damaged whilst in your possession. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to arrange the shipping on unwanted items. We are not responsible for any return costs on unwanted goods.Read more

What do i do if i have a faulty item?

What is the delivery charge?
All our deliveries are free of charge on all orders over £350.00. A £5.95 delivery charge is added on orders below £95.00. A £9.95 delivery charge is added on orders below £350. Note we deliver to England, Wales and Scotland only.Read more

Can I request a specific delivery date?
We will attempt to accommodate all requests, but we cannot guarantee all specific requests will be fulfilled. We typically to delivery to around 20 customers on each delivery run, so we have to calculate the most economical route.Read more
