  1. What is the standard delivery time?

    Deliveries are done in our vans, by our own staff. We typically delivery withing 2 days of order being placed. However, if you live in a remote location delivery may take longer, up-to-maximum of 7 days.

    Once your order is placed, our office will call you to confirm exact delivery date and time. On the day of delivery our driver will call you 1 hour prior to delivery and confirm he is on route.

  2. Do you offer an installation service?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer an installation service. We recommend booking a professional to install purchased goods.

  3. My order arrived but I was not available, what should I do now?
    We always recommend you try to ensure someone is available at the property to accept delivery. Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required. If these

  4. My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?
    If you have received an incorrect item, please let us know within 48 hours using the Contact Us form, or by emailing info@chelseasupplies.com and somebody will look into it and contact you as soon as possible. We aim to resolve these issues within 48 hours.

  7. What is your returns policy?

    If your goods are unwanted but still in a re-sellable condition, you have 14 days from receipt of your goods to send these items back to us for a refund

    All goods must be unused and in original packaging upon return. We cannot refund any goods that have been damaged whilst in your possession. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to arrange the shipping on unwanted items. We are not responsible for any return costs on unwanted goods.

  1. What if I need an urgent delivery?

    Call our office on 0330 995 1988 and let us know when you need the radiators, and we will try our best to accommodate. Our vans are up and down the country on a daily basis so in most instance something is always possible.

    All our deliveries are free of charge on all order regardless of order value or location. Note we deliver to England, Wales and Scotland only.

  4. Can I request a specific delivery date?

    We will attempt to accommodate all requests, but we cannot guarantee all specific requests will be fulfilled. We typically to delivery to around 20 customers on each delivery run, so we have to calculate the most economical route.

  6. How do I work out size of radiator I need?
    We would recommend using our BTU Calculate tool to calculate sizes require. Or alternatively call our office on 0330 995 1988.
